no. still jealous.

to get to the tmj stage, you need to have gone through the laying on of hands stage, the (possible) pulling of hair stage, the holding your head still (or alternatively moving it back and forth) and the "good girl" stage.

do you think there's a theme running through here? all stages involve touching.

Just be there and fight for the right to be a father to your child. Dont assume the worst of ravel. Expect the best from her for her child and expect the best from yourself . If you both put your child first then you will work out arrangements and be a support to each other in spite of the fact that you are no longer together.

I hate it when you go to work and things happen beyond your control and then you have to fix shit like crazy because its all about layoffs and you don't want to be it. Then your in shit even though you had nothing to do with it. And its flooding because its been raining for over 3 days. And you, the truly lucky one, actually get to make it home and you feel damn glad you can. Your car doesn't stall. Then you go to bed. Then you wake up and there is a note on your door at 7AM. It says, "You didn't Pay Rent. Contact me after 5PM." Even though you did. Then you go apeshit. Looking for the receipt and hope that you didn't throw it out with your last cleaning tangent. And then you almost cry. Then you find it. But it isn't 5PM. It was a money order and you slid it in a crack through his door because no one was home and you had to go to work. So, even if you have the receipt you might have to pay it anyway. And then you almost cry until you look at the back and realize its a postal money order and you might be able to do something about it. Then you feel guilty for scoring two books at Alibris for 1.99 each and the 3 cups of coffee that you bought before work and groceries and bills that you paid, and the time you smacked Mikey in the back of the head with a book in kindergarten-because............why not? Its not 5PM. Then you get in your car to go to work and the check engine light is on. You have problems starting it and even though you have taken it to several places, no one knows what the problem is.
Then you get to work and realize that it is true, your still in shit, for what you did not have control of. But its not 5PM. Then it is 5PM and you call. And no one is home.
So, then you call again and no one is home. And its 5:01. Just kidding. Its 5:30 and he calls back and I say, I have the receipt in my hand. I did pay you. Because for some reason, your willing to eat another rent payment as long as he knows that you did pay. Then he asks me if I can stop payment and I read to him my directions on the back of my receipt. Then he says let me take a look around and give me one day. Then 5 min. later he calls me back and says that his um got it and placed it someplace other than their agreed upon area. And you almost cry.
Then you get off work at 11:15 and realize that your check engine light is on and this cannot possibly remain a mystery much longer and that even though you have taken it to places its getting down to the wire and somefricking body better figure out what is going on with it.
Then you get a captain and coke and realize ...........that you have a captain and coke and if you shut up and quit typing that you will have time for another one. And when you wake up the check engine light will be on but its going to be ok because the rent is officially paid.

Damn Asher that's a whole boat load of angst and stress to be carrying about. At least it helps to get it out, I'd been wondering where the heck you'd been carted off to! Yes, even I, your dazzling rival have missed you!

Seriously though, damn man. Just stick your head down, push through and tough it out. Not the greatest advice I know, but you do what you can about the things you can change. Do what's right by you and screw those fools who try to stick their opinions in your face!

not quite hate, but confuzzling..

i just had a call from the aenesthetist. he did his little speil and assessmed my hisotry and so on OVER THE PHONE! since when have they done that?? although, makes sense if i think about it. all those warnings they gotta give you.

but i feel like i haven't been raped and pillaged by the hospital properly
