I hate it that... it looks like Kirk tore the tendon in his bicep today, and he's sitting at home with an ice wrap and pain meds and is going to the doc in the morning, and I hate it that I'm 300 miles away.  [sm=hissyfit.gif]  [sm=river.gif]  I feel so helpless and useless that I can't drop everything and go there, because the kids have school and all tomorrow.

i hate it that i now have the pain that isn't going to go away...this one is progressive & i hate it, hate it, hate it!!!  i refuse to take narcotics, except when i really really can't stand it anymore...i gotta find a way to deal with it besides that...

I'm so sorry you are going through this...but have you tried a pain clinic? They can recommend different methods of dealing with what you are going through...

thank you, holly....that's definitely my next step...& what my doc has recommended also...for me life on pills is no life at all...so i'll get this under control....[:D]  i just really hate that i can no longer practice denial on this....[:'(]

i once denied having fibro then i tore my right rotator cuff and have since screwed up my left ankle from the deniel....... now most of the time my motto is deny deny deny however on this ya just cant  get to the pain clinic and beg for alternatives, my pain clinic insisted on narotics which i refused somedays i wonder why, but others i am totally glad i did

No No No, Tallahassee too far...6-8 hour drive. Much too far for maintenance.
Orlando GOOOD...45 minute to middle of Orlando... from here..35 to airport...we is Bedroom community for Orlando..

OH and as for those GOOD Pickles..they ain't Clausen

They are a brand called Amish Wedding..and they also make Dandelion jelly, Chow chow and other condiments from old recipes and in older ways. Their Sweet Garlic Dills are to kill for...

Hmm then Orlando is do-able... I could have a management job in a couple of weeks there. *sighs*

as for the pickles.. Amish wedding does rock.. esp. the chow chow... sweet pickles are good.. but good ol fashioned Dills are best done by Clausen. Crispy, fresh.. suuuuuuper garlicly. YUM!

BTW I need to make it back over there shortly. My sweet pickles are all gone from them.. and I am down to 1/2 a jar of chow chow *gasps in horror*

But I do still have a jar of the home made ones. *smiles*

i jhaven't had the other kinds, but i do love the clausen spears...i open then up when i get them and put a whole bunch of peppercorns and red pepper flakes in the jar...they get better each time i have one.  one day i'll have the time to start making my own pickles again.

i hate when i think i'm going to be cute and pay for the groceries and He gives me THAT look...UGH...

i hate even worse that when i try and protest His 'issues' with m attempting to pay for groceries He immediately is able to recite the amount of money i have in my account...

i hate that i was all psyched up to have lunch with a friend and couldn't find the place.

i also hate that i bought a bunch of stuff to clean with and now need to use it..

I hate it when Cleo thinks that every glass of iced tea of mine... is actualy *hers*

I also hate it when she figures a way to jam her head into the glass at no matter how low the tea is to drink it all.

I hate it that I can go to bed with a full glass of tea.. and wake up with 1/4 left.

I think she is sugar and caffine addicted at this point.. and needs to lay off of the "sauce" LOL
