I hate the damned construction going on behind my house... putting in a new gas station. the sound of heavy equipment, back-up beeping, and huge steel girder type things being pounded into the ground is NOT conducive to sleep.

Ohh... I hate that too. When I was there I always got the newbies ( no offense ) becuase I was night manager... and had trained before. ( they gave some twit my training job damn it. ) I always gave them tons of feedback and support. I am sure it was stiffling to have me as a manager and being new. Plus I brought in snacks for everyone. ~ they all liked that. I am sorry your interim manager sucks. Hopefuly you will get a good one. It honestly makes all the differance. Gwyn
