Status: offline 		sorry to hear about the cat LH. I will be seeing my daughters dog Max in a week. He is on his last leg. Probably the last time I will see him. Im taking him some special treats.  Now if Holly will just learn to say no to the adults.

I just spent about 2 hours outside trying to break into my own house, all the while showing off my bare ass to anyone who could see.

Though no one called the police, so much for our neighborhood watch program

Status: offline 		As am I now, but trust me I was cussing everyone for locking up the dam house.  I had to get a ladder and climb to the 3rd floor to find an open window.  All the while looking at my cell phone on the kitchen table

Now I'm just going to hide in the kitchen and bake cookies

Ohhhhhhh, to see a video of that! I can relate though, housesub, I've done something similar a few years ago. Thankfully I have a single story and teenagers to shove through the window....

Get thee over to the thread http://www.collarchat.com/m_2321792/mpage_26/key_/tm.htm#2333335 and follow the directions or your going to be very hungry people sitting on a street corner without a room. Rooms fill up quick in Orlando and we need to book a block NOW to be sure everyone is covered.

Status: offline 		  poenkitten, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there may be people RSVP'ing  all the way through January. However, if they don't speak up soon enough to get in on the block of rooms, it's their responsibility.

  We had people that we still hadn't heard from 2 weeks before our wedding even we clearly had a "RSVP by ____" date on the on the cards and I needed to let the restaurant know the final numbers. Apparently that's pretty common nowadays....

That is INSANE!  As well as rude. 

I recieved the invite for my sister's graduation stuff, it had an RSVP on it, I checked on travel arrangements, found that those were going to be a no-go, and called THAT NIGHT, to let my mom know that I would not be able to make it. 

WTF!  RSVP ~ Répondez s'il vous plaît  ~ Tell us whether you are accepting or declining the invitation. 

What happened to courtesy?  Is a phone call THAT difficult?

Status: offline 		  I don't think so but in checking around, apparently it's now getting to be "acceptable" in some circles to not RSVP but either just show or not show. Personally, y'all send me an invite to something, I figure it's important enough to let you know ASAP if I'll be there or not. That's just the way I was raised. (And had the crap beat out of me if I didn't respond politely in time.... but hey, I'm "older", I guess.)

Status: offline 		Yes, we "older" gals know how to act!!  I posted on the first page of the wedding thread that I would do my best to get there & by page 3 had Daddy's permission to buy the ticket & go.  I would be embarrassed to show up at something like that without RSVP'ing.  Completely rude!!
