I hate that I was in the grocery store last night. I had 20 cans of cat food in my handbasket & was going to the Express line (all the cashier had to do was scan one can & multiply by 20) when I saw a woman in front of me with ALOT more than 10 items on the belt. She had 3 kids in her shopping cart/the store was not that busy so I figured the cashier was free & she told the woman to go thru the Express. They've done that for me before so I thought nothing of it & as I started to put the 1 can on the belt a woman came behind me saying" I KNOW she has more that 10 items (the woman ahead of me)! What is up w/this shit??? I've had a bad day"....blah, blah, blah. This woman was REALLY FUSSING up a storm so the woman ahead of me apologized to her, saying she had the kids & wanted to get out of the store quickly. The woman behind me said, "When you're in a store, you KNOW that the 1st 2 lines are always for Express" You speak English so I KNOW you can read the signs. Don't TELL me you can't read these signs".
I offered to let the bitchy woman go ahead of me, smiling all the while, trying to diffuse the situation. She apologized to me for being so angry but then she started again. Saying she had been up all night & STILL had to go home & bake her grandson a birthday cake. I felt REALLY bad for the grandson if he ever had to deal w/grandma's temper!
I also felt badly for the kids & the 1st woman was obviously flusterred & just wanted to get out of there. I told the bitchy woman to blame the cashier for letting this happen by not pointing out that it was the Express line & damn if she didn't start RANTING & RAVING at the cashier.
I switched lines & then she REALLY went off on all those around her.The store manager came out, asking the woman WHY she was blaming the cashier. **I ducked my face** Crazy woman started CUSSING at a man who tried to intervene. I kept watching her to make sure she didn't reach in her pocket & pull out a gun....she was just that crazy sounding.

I hate bitchy people like that. When ever they have the nerve to citch out people in line I down dress them like there is no tomorrow.
I had this one old bitch in line at Winn Dixie who was bitching up a storm *and* bumping the hell out of my friend with her Damn cart.
let me tell you.... I turned on her and told her " I am sorry your life is a living hell and you feel the need to take it out on others. If it is that bad do us all a favor and take a bottle of pills would you?" "You would think with you being this close to death you would be a nicer person trying to get into heaven or something!"
I think I also threatened to use that damn cart as a supository because the fucking metimucil wasnt working on her grumpy ass. *grins*
You just gotta spell it out for them sometimes.
God help people who wrongly bitch at customer service people. Muhahahaaha

poenkitten, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there may be people RSVP'ing all the way through January. However, if they don't speak up soon enough to get in on the block of rooms, it's their responsibility.
