*hugs* yeah it is called third trimester pregnancy. Uncomfortable sleepless nights + pregnancy hormones= crappy mornings sometimes.

Damn that sounds good. Now I just need some cheese.

My mum used to call that garlic and onion cooked smell "peasant kitchen smell" it permiates every damn thing in the house.. but Gods does it taste good.

Awakened last week, early morning because I had been crying in my sleep. Since that morning I have been feeling on brink of tears but I have no idea why I feel this way.

I am the Queen of the Throwdown food chalanges. I have a 4 star pastry chef buddy from NY that I "Throw down" with all the time. ~ Greedy got to see us in action feeding over 80 people.

And I love food play. I am a big foodie.

Status: offline 		Funny that you mention the vitamin D: I just won a plaque from my family doc for having the lowest vitamin D level in the practise (it was 8).

(Well, not the plaque.  But I did win the contest.)

My neurologist had tested me, looking to see if there was a physical basis for my stress/anxiety.  My level dropped like a rock because I couldn't handle even lactose-free milk or "yogurt with lactaid".  Now I'm on 2000 units/day until I catch up.

Man do my feet feel better!  They were hurting all the time before and I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on.

yes I do use a sun lamp, from my last test my Vit D level was critically low so am on a pretty high dose of it. Average count (not sure the unit measure was 15 where I think 40-50 is average.  Which is a physical symptom because of the on and off agoraphobia phases, Most days I just cant bring myself to get out.
