I have found 3-5 acre plots of land with a 4 bedroom house and barn for under 200k in Ocala. They have modular buildings that come with a kitchen and bathroom already in them for 5k.

Get a few of them, place them on the land ( they dont require a permit if on land zones Ag) and have a happy commune.

Get some Dairy cows, pigs, chickens, do a nice garden...

*smiles* It could work.

May I give you the CHUB method?  It helped me a lot.

Brief

You are giving someone a gift... clarity.  Not often do people get that.  I loved supervision when I received it from someone who didn't b.s. me.  You know what I mean?

gwyn and soft sew, but i can quilt! and i used to do clothing sewing way back when. i can keep us ALL warm!

and make a damn good lamb roast.

After 6 years of periomeopause and I full blown and kinda sorta early. The icky part of the monthy thing went away for 5 months now....Which that I love......but ACK Im like the wicked witch of the West "I'm Melting, I'm Melting" I can walk into the kitchen and back to my chair which in all is about 10 steps each way and you would think I just finished a marathon.

Rainyday Big hugs I know how you feel and quite a pro by now. If you need to talk Im more than happy to be a ventalor. Just cmail me

DRH, your right and I should have said it..I am always one of  the first to look at the legal system first and foremost. A recorded conversation about him being proud of it would go a long way (depending on your state some require both people know it is being recorded). How the heck does this nible foot still have a DL or car insurance? That many wrecks outside a demolition derby and they usually refuse to insure you which means your license is suspended.

Poen... I'm still paying on this thing.. and with my credit rating (which isnt even in the toilet anymore..more like the sewer), the interest rate (if I could find someone to finance me) would be INSANE... last time I tired for financing, they would do it.. for 29% interest.
