There's Mr. Jim, holly's hawt hubby, and there's holly and Jim, Pots' foster furbys. They're both real . And the kittehs are aDOOOOORable! I wish I weren't allergic to them. ~sigh~

I love it when I'm getting my bridal portraits shot and my fake eyelashes keep poking through my veil so when I blink, the entire thing moved. It kept me laughing the whole time.

I love it when I'm so punch-drunk-tired that my "filter" has slipped or fallen completely out, and my office manager thinks it's funny when I say some, generally speaking, inappropriate things at the office.

First, I told her that our co-worker was disgusting, dirty, and looked like a Heffalump.

Second, some idiot client who acts like I should be impressed with him at all asks me today if I have any candy.
I stared at him as I'm running around with a stack of files in my arms, and say, "Candy?... Like in a jar, on my desk, kind of thing?"
He grins and says, "Yeah. Got any candy?"
I reply, "No. I don't keep candy at my desk, and if I did, I'm not nice enough to share it anyhow," and walked off.
My office manager nearly choked on a pistachio when she heard me say that, and tried to stifle a snort. I stared at her and said, "What?... I'm a bitch that way."
She asked me, through laughter, "What happened to all that Southern hospitality?"
I said, "Frankly... I just don't give a damn."

I love it when I was drying my hair this morning, tossed my hair out of my face, and my beloved DB was standing in the doorway of my bedroom, smiling at me.

The Things were already off to school, my Dad was still asleep, and He asked if I was running late for work. I answered, "Not yet, Sir... but that could be arranged if You shut the door."

*I got to my office late this morning... damn that "traffic."*

So, here I am at my sweet aunt's house. She of the chocolate chip cookies. *nod nod nod.

I look at the two dogs that I've taken to the park and the lovely cat that I obey constantly and I ask in a sing song, Mary Poppins-esque voice, "so who's gonna sleep with me tonight?"

My aunt, of the chocolate chip cookies, does not miss a beat. "The question she asks every night of her life."
