I know how weird that can feel.  Hell, getting nekkie at the club is one of the most vulnerable things I've ever done, yet I continue to do it.

I love that I managed to get an appt made with a dr for next week to see if we can figure out why my left nipple has been sore for like 2 months... and that the visit will only cost about $60.00 (only 30 of which needs to be paid at the time of the visit)

oh, and as far as the possibly sprained toe?  My mom said it's probably arthritis... I'm at the age when it started hitting her, and hers started in her ankles....

makes sense, since I cant think of a thing I've done that would have sprained it

Nekkie can be very scarry.. but it can also be healing with the person who loves you.

I was very put off to be on display infront of others at play parties back when I was on the other side of the whip... but eventualy I became very comfortable.

Now with my girl I am so comfortable naked big round tummy, big boobs and all simply because I *know* she loves me. every last inch of me.. just as I am no matter what that might be. It is very freeing...

I know I will never be a super model size.. and thats just fine by me.

I love it when I can feel sexy beside her.. bed head hair sticking up in every direction.. dragon breath, sleepy eyed, and mumbling.

it is prob just a clogged milk duct. Us wimmins get them occasionaly.

Take a warm shower or bath and try to press from behind the nipple out to the end severial times applying med. presssure while it is submerged under the warm water.

Also do a self breast exam ( which you should be doing monthly... ) check the nipple area.. is there a lump underneath it?
If so do not try to unclog.
