I love it when I can share with friends.

2 cans crescent rolls, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp corn starch, 1/2 cup cherries, 1/2 cup water (or you can used the canned cherry pie filling and make it quicker).  Stir the cornstarch, sugar, and water in a sauce pan and boil it.  put in the cherries and let them boil for about a minute or 2 on medium.  Put it in a bowl, and cover with plastic or waxpaper and let it cool to about room temperature.  Unfold the rolls and put about a spoon full of the cherries in the middle and fold the other half over.  Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes, or until golden.  Add a little more time if you need to, since ovens arent all the same. 

If you want, you can use some confectioners sugar, water, and vanilla flavoring to make a lil icing to drizzle over it. I cant give measurements since I make that by just guesstimating everything.

Thanks Babe.... However.... I have a 3yo... Trust me, I WANTED to go back to bed.... I really thought about it.... But I know that someone else (Who had been real sick the past couple of days) needed me.  But hey, I got Long John Silvers for dinner tonight... the day wasn't ALL bad! lol Now, I really hope I can talk to the persont hat I have been wanting to talk to for the oast 3 nights, but didn't get a chance to... that would REALLY make it worth getting out of bed today!! :)

I love it when I get up off my dead a$$ & go sign up for a trainer at the gym; get my nails done; get a haircut; go shopping for food to make that I can take in my lunch this week to work.  I work the next 5 days in a row plus I have physical therapy & my first training session at the gym.  I do love it when I'm more organized, but it's hard for me to recognize me in this state.  [8D]
