As for school work I think it would be easier if I wasnt working on half a brain ( the baby has the other half) and I wasnt going through this blasted contractions every damn day/night.

I am trying to ease back into my school work.. but good gods. I can not think with contractions.

Well on occasion that has to happen. Mine was in Nyquil induced lala land for days, and ordered to stay in bed.

Now she is happily back to scrubbing floors on her hands and knees and doing laundry.

Some down time while sick is a good thing. *smiles*

Heavy doses of coddling is called for when they fall ill. I reconmend it highly.

I love it when I am jamming to the cd that DB made for me a while back,  (unedited versions of rap songs that just make me all happy, in that super naughty way), and a black guy in the parking lot hears it and walks by and says,

"Aw damn, I thought you were a brutha.  You like this music?" 
I smile and say, "Yep.  I know it's not often you see a mom-van blasting gansta rap while running errands." 
He says, "Mmm... you like black men, baby?" 
I say, "I like ONE black man, baby.  He's enough for me."
He says, "Really, because, yanno..." and gives me a grin.
I say, "Really.  And you probably want to step, baby, because you have no clue about me.  There wouldn't be enough of your ass left for Him to kick if you don't show a little more respect.  You know what I'm sayin?"
He took his leave and said, "Don't trip... I'm gone."
I smiled as I shut off the van and went inside the store.

I still get a chuckle when I remember a co worker of mine a few years back was beebopping past my desk..... She is from Jamacia.

She noticed my then boyfriend at the time on my PC.

She flipped out and asked me where the hell did I get a black man from? I told her the same place she got hers.... Jamaica.

I thought she was going to fall through the window.

I love it when my honey runs errands that needed to get done today.. but all I could do was lay in bed.. and clutch the tummy.

I love it when she brings us ( me and the baby) Apple Stuudle ( streusel ) and I snarf down two when she gets in the door.

I love it when I have a good cup of hot jasmine tea.

I love her snuggles and concern.

i love it when i can feel the soy milk relaxing my body.  i am sooo super chemically sensitive and that just washes everything clean.  Of course, it probably helps that i drink it by the gallon when i get my hands on it. (Doesn't help that i'm senile enough during my sugar induced spaciness to forget that soy milk helps until i nearly trip over the stuff in the market.)

I love it when I can get online for awhile & let the grumpy Uncle rest up for his next onslaught.

I love it when Daddy tells me I can get new clothes because I can't get to my Uncle's dryer & haven't figured out where a laundramat is.

I love it when I get to hear His Evilness' voice this am & he makes me laugh & get all squishy.

I love it that the Uncle gets to come home tomorrow & the wound infection was mild & not MRSA after all.  I love it that this means I will get to go back home sooner & get all chained up by the Evil Ones.

I love it when li ole me runs to the grocery store to pick up some fantastic food to go with this fantastic bottle of wine and this really hot guy who is with his significant other/girlfriend/wife who is dressed to the nines down tout the hooker boots and fur coat she is wear is checking me who is wearing a hooded sweatshirt, sweatpants and no make-up out and trying to talk to me!


Imp who is feeling hawt and a lil buzzed from this wine!

I am so glad it was not MRSA... nasty stuff. 2 teenagers died from that last year in tending horses.... ( it is one of those cross over diseases.)

I am such a germaphobe other horse folk laugh at me when I wash my hands, and tack constantly. But now it is widely suggested.

Who loves it when Cleo keeps her service slave inline by "rough petting" her feet. ~ Somehow Soft does not apperciate the teeth and claws this involves. But it does make her stop eatting and pet the Cleo. ( and spills hot soup on her. Yikes) Cleo is fine.. but slightly more pissy.

i love having a night where i can watch stupid scary movies and drink coffee until i'm blue in the face although later, i'm sure i'll regret it when i'm up every 15 minutes to pee and  too scared to get out of bed.
