Great suggestion, love, love LOVE bubble and squeak, and if it's made properly, it actually does squeak. It's nice with a little cheese melted on top, too. I'm going to go with my own very spicy chicken wings, lots of em, and bubble n squeak.

Thanks to you too, Greedy, for your suggestion. We're going to be having a roast on Sunday (it's traditional in my household) and we alternate meats each week, haven't had beef in a while, so could be a serious contender for next Sunday's roast. Now let's get real, chica, salad with roast beef? Are ya kidding me? When you're here you'll find out that roast beef is only ever served with roast potatoes, all the veggies including roast parsnips, and topped off with Yorkshire pudding and lashings of thick, beefy gravy... can't forget the stuffing, too. Now you know why we cultivate such pronounced bellies  [:D] Smooches to ya.

i love when i'm watching a less than stellar 80's slasher flick and less than 10 minutes into it i'm cheering for the slasher because all the characters in the movie are so stupid.

Cor, Greedy, a full English varies depending on what part of the country you're in and can range from eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and fried bread/toast, to eggs, bacon, black pudding (sometimes kidneys), tomatoes, mushrooms & toast... Hash browns are an american addition to it... forget the coffee, always served with a mug of rosie. Sunday lunchtimes it's down the pub while the dinner's being cooked - a traditional roast, then a nap to sleep it off. When you're here I'll have to take you to London and to a traditional pie and mash shop, it's another 'british must'. Served on the mash/pie is something called 'liquor' and it's common for people to sprinkle dark brown vinegar on top. Heaven! The best pie and mash shop is Manzes in Peckham.

You're in for a treat!

I love that I started crocheting a scarf yesterday, not sure who it was for, and realized today that it is for Mistress' mother who is visiting us.  It has lots of textures and colors.  It will be good for he
