Angel I gather you mean being appreciated. Right?
I am a doer, I love organizing, and taking chaos and making it calm.
I am a nurse, I love taking care of people that are not at their best.

These two keep telling me Im doing to much, but I was raised to by my mother and she by my grandmother, these things are automatic. I am so not used to it, as family, friends get used to it and just expect it. When I worked in the really not so easy world of insurance, I had to opportunity to learn every phase of the business from claims to adjuster, to more difficult commercial, to underwriting, which with prior claims experience added value of understanding, I fianlly ended up as a licensed agent with having been given the opportunity to make a department for commercial in an otherwise just personal care, home ect insurance.
When I went to work for the last agency I finally needed to get my agents license...I was the only person that never had to go to class and did 100% on the test. to say the least they were impressed. Problem is they did not appreciate that I was making them tons of money, empty promises to change from salary to salary and commission, and I generated so much business for them from an agency that had closed I used to work for that I could not keep up with the paper work and ended up getting fired because I didnt come into work on Easter day, The advertised of all things as a solid christian agency......yeah right.
