Why do people shove aeresol cans up their butts? Why do people feel the need to push spiky pipe cleaners into their urethras? It's a novelty. Make certain you clean your cock really, really well after this. Sandpaper sheds grit, and you want to make sure all the skin you removed is gone. Also, try to keep this infrequent- it seems like a great way to turn your cock into a mass of scars. With kink, as with anything else, there's always a possibility of getting into increasingly extreme scenes. You might build up pain tolerance, or the novelty of what you were doing might wear off, or (not saying you are doing this) someone might just want to one-up everyone. It happens. I like the suggestion of using a scrub pad (rough sponge). Anything you use, buy a sample one first, and go rub it back and forth across something - your table, cutting board, brick fireplace, something, to see how much it sheds. Find something that is rough enough for you but does not shed. escalating is a problem with self torture. Get yourself to a munch, start meeting people. I don't know about the mobility issue, but they'd kill alot of sensativity. I have abrasion scars from road rash due to a skating accident when I was younger, and they're alot less sensative than they should be.

There are conditions where scarring on or in the penis that cause "bent" penises. Then to fix the problem surgery is needed. Now if you are into edge play you need to see this surgery. Essentially, the penis skin is skinned back to the testicals, and little "darts" ( a little sewing terminology) are taken in the tissue under the skin. Made me cringe and I don't have one!
