Status: offline 		I have to say that flogging is my absolute favorite! I love it for warm up, the rise and the ending of any session. At the end of the session is some of the best part for me because it is so soothing and wonderful it just sends me deeper into sub space and i can take sooooo much more at this point. Like my Mistress said i am somewhat of a pain slut lol. Though I suspect that She enjoys it just as much seeing that She is very much a Sadist.

Status: offline 		A thick, heavy flogger is like a good deep-tissue massage.  i could go for one right now in fact!  i sit at a computer all day long and my upper back often suffers for it.

Status: offline 		I think alot of this can be a matter of differnt ideas of when a "scene" ends and the "aftercare" begins.

Ending a scene at the peak may be common in one area and uncommon in other areas.
For me I tend to end the actual corporal aspects pretty close to the peak and let them fall back out at whatever pace.
For other folks after the "peak" ofthe scene some working back down from the peak works for them.

But then again I am often ending a scene when my own energy is pretty well spent as well. The additional work of continueing the scene past the point I end it sometimes just isn't there.

Status: offline 		Agree with Archer to some degree.  I usually tell the Top to just carry on until his arm falls off.  That's normally when the scene ends, whether it's at the peak or not.  And I just deal with it.  Sometimes yes, it's damn frustrating when I'm still raring to go but I realize that flogging can be hard work and not everyone can go long times.  The aftercare in that case I would hope to be a little rougher than the usual cuddles and fuzzies.  A good hard fuck and tumble would tend to bring me down a little better than just a complete stop.  If the peak is reached and we're on the down slide anyway, then the cuddles and fuzzies make a nice soft landing for both of us.

Status: offline 		I'll use a pair of bunny floggers often as the beginning part of the cooldown, but eventually my girls need to be unhooked so that they can collapse on the floor and simply be held either by each other or by me.

Of course, neither one of them are very big on intense slappy floggers, far more enjoying something with a solid thud.
