These http://www.extremerestraints.com/extreme-anal-jewelry_257.html can be found at many websites. I would suggest a small / medium to start with. They have a very narrow shaft that despite being metal allows them to be worn for extended periods of time with minimal discomfort... not to 'dis' silicone plugs but some people find the get unbearable quickly... unless thats what your after. The base is small enough to go entirely unnoticed under clothing, but can be a bit uncomfortable getting out, careful not to pinch skin.

In our experience so far simply the best plug around. Shop around though... can find them cheaper.
