*smiles* ,.... taking a good probiotic can also help ... I am a diabetic as well and probotics after antibiotics is great help in maintaing the balance internaly, especially for diabetics or others with an easily compromised imune system ..... yeasts tend to over grow when the good bacteria is challanged either via things like, high sugar levels providing a better environment for the yeast or things like antibiotics which kill of all types of bacteria includeing the good stuff, which helps to keep the yeast under control Next time you need to take antibiotics, you can use thrush creams at the same time if you want to decrease the risk of transfer hope it all works out
