Is it me or is it rough to find a Bdsm or D/s Partner in the small state of Connecticut or what?
I find it very hard to find a decent real life submissive woman who wants spanked and loves toys, and serving, but is close in CT, or who doesn't expect a Long Term Relationship, do they all want married or what?

I don't live in Connecticut, and have no idea whether its rough to find submissive women in your area.
 
But, your post is a bit confusing.  Are you looking for an LTR, but can't find anything but married women who want only NSA play?  Or, are you looking for fun, and all you can find are women looking for LTRs and/or marriage?

The second is what I seek, I am not interested in LTR at this time, but in female submissives who wanta  Dom to spank em and make em serve and to enjoy. If anything further ahppens then fin, if not fine too.

I am also confused and not sure what your are seeking.

Have you tried events and munches?  Although some people do find a partner through the internet, most still find their partner in the real world.  I've just looked up your state and there are lots of munches and groups for such a small place.

If you're just looking for the occasional "no strings attached" submission thingy, where the submissive only does it on an ad hoc basis, you may well be finding it harder (huh...) than you wish. And think about it: it makes sense. I know of few submissives who go into this lightheartedly, so that they're unwilling to go with you just for the occasional kinky romp and bum whap with zero committment is not surprising. I'm sure you'll find your joy out there, but you might have to pay for it; if you don't want to do that, perhaps it's time to reconsider your options.

But that's just me and blah blah blah.

Depends on if  you are looking for a female submissive or a male one.  I have found that the majority of male submissives that have contacted me are looking for a very casual (sometimes a one-time thing) situation.  The females that I have spoken with mostly are looking for something more.

And I echo the suggestion to try Craig's List.  You never know, you may actually find exactly what you are looking for there.

But so do many doms who want a lt relationship.

Many who don't are able to offer some creature comforts to 'make up' for the lack of committment. (No Flames!) *lol* It's true though...

Your profile indicates that you're looking for a real-time, real-life "relationship."
 
You might think about making it a bit more clear exactly what you're looking for.  Are you OK with one-night stands, or would you like an ongoing (but still NSA) 'relationship'?
 
Other questions your profile could adress: 1) are you monogamous?  2) would you ask your submissive(s) to be faithful to you, whether or not you are monogamous?

Most of all, join a munch. That will get you invited to some parties. There will on occasion be a nice unattached sub there. She will be swarmed by every male member who is breathing, but maybe you can talk her into coming over to the cross and getting strung up for a bit. Or, if you have a special skill, maybe you could offer to do a demo. Usually lots of nice subbie girls, even owned ones, bouncing at the offer to model in a demo.
The best way to meet anyone, including casual playmates, is to get out into the community.
