Thanks all - and thanks GT for raising the problem.

<looks deeply despondent>

It seems as if there are risks and it's something we should leave out (and it would have been so much fun - er ... I mean scientifically helpful - to have pushed the exploratory boundaries further with help from MP <sighs>).

I now have to break the bad news to RB; maybe over a bottle or two of finest.

Most of the time life's fun, but occasionally it sucks . Unless you've tried this, and of course unless you like that sort of thing, you can't appreciate what a depressing blow the news is.

Boy....Sundowner:   I post a brief scientific answer to your inquiry and the fella gets despondent?   Sheeeesh...Thank God I don't have to tell you that you have MS, or cancer.  Get a grip!

I want to reiterate (because now I feel bad that intelligent, science-based advice has taken away Sundowner's squazzling fun?  NOT) that vaginally introduced air embolisms are extremely rare and that the risk of a woman being pregnant significantly increases the risk.  If your partner is not able to get pregnant, then the risk is accordingly less.  I will point out, however, that the fact that she apparently gets drunk from that activity (which by the way I question) indicates that the ETOH molecule is crossing the barrier with alacrity.  Air is a lot bigger, molecularly, but still, is it worth the risk?

(I question that she is becoming inebriated because of the volumes involved.  If you are pushing enough alcohol into her to get her drunk this way, then I think there may be a greater risk.  I think more likely it is a giddy contact high and she is not really inebriated.  You could check this of course, if in the interest of science you do this little game once more, but have a breathalyzer handy to take a BAC reading.)

Emperor56: "Air is a lot bigger, molecularly, but still, is it worth the risk?" Air is a bigger molecule than EtOH? Fancy that.

<grins at the Emperor>

Thanks for this, and interested as I am, no I'm not going to breathalise her!

You may well be right about how drunk she gets - bear in mind we both drink the stuff as well of course. I'd heard that a champagne enema got the subject drunk very quickly, so I'd assumed we were seeing a similar effect, but I bow to your suggestion on this one.

My despondency is because - for us - the play is (was) such huge fun; she loves it to bits and I do too (except when I get reflux up my nose, when we both collapse in giggles - TMI?). But there's enough adverse comment to suggest I might be doing something which is not good for her and while I'd happily take the risk myself, is different when it's someone else.

Wrong! When it comes to Champagne, I turn into a vulture capitalist. I keep it all to myself.

Hello my friend!

Yes, it can mess with the balance - but honestly - there are riskier activities IMO.
No play is without risk - if you are aware of it and so is the gorgeous one I would say - weigh it up.
Personally - I would find fizzy bottled water no substitute to champagne!  And with another thought also - toothpaste, mouth wash and whatever you may have just eaten (no pun intended) can effect the balance also - so that would basically rule out any oral sex without any kind of protection in that case!

I would just say, weigh up the pros and cons, keep a close eye on discharge and just decide is the risk is something you will deal with.

Champagne rocks - and costa smoothies tickle

People who do anything else with Champagne than drink it should be lined up and spanked. Preferably by me.

my ex did the champagne thing once.  put my ass high on pillows and poured it right in and then drank it out of me.  it was great, one of the best sensations in the world.  i did however urinate right afterwards as i always do after sex and i douched.  i was lucky i didn't get a yeast infection.  i like the carbinated water idea. i was young and a little naive back then.

Perhaps we could come to a sensible arrangement on this kittin; the spanking thing of course, and the drinking thing of course but then - purely in the interests of science - the benefits of other uses, merits, enjoyment etc etc? Your place or mine? And would it be OK not to do the lining up thing? One on one could be so much more ....... rewarding?

~~FR~~

This is something that I have enjoyed several times in the past.  My former subbie husband enjoyed drinking champagne and so did I.  I would pour me a glass for myself and tell him that he had to drink his out of my pussy.  I would prop my ass up on a wedge foam, he would pour it in and drink it out.  Afterwards, I would have him clean me up very carefully, including the douche.

I never got an infection from it and I was diabetic from the age of 9 years old, which would make me more prone to possible yeast infections.  The key is to not do it often, do it after being nicely cleaned and urinate and clean up promptly afterwards.

Oh, and if penal penetration is involved during the course of this activity, the male should also be sure to urinate quickly and clean himself fully in order to not have any nasties linger in his tract that could then be passed back to the female later.

Oh MD - hugs and kissy things! OPs always like the posts which say what they want to hear!

The balance is clearly shifting back in favour of continuing, so long as after-care is good.
