Hello, i wondering if anyone could answer a question about having a strapon used on a sub. i need to know if it will potentially cause any long term or short term problems with the rectum/anal canal. i have this fear that it will be stretched out affecting muscle control for waste, i'm sorry to be explicit but this worries me . i don't mind the submissive role to please my Female Dommes strapon but i don't want damage? thank-you

Both men and women have been enjoying anal play for hundreds of years. I don't think I've ever heard of there being serious damage, especially from a strap-on. I know of men who also enjoy anal fisting and they never have issues afterward and that is sure to stretch them much farther. My advice, lay back, relax, and enjoy! Trust your Domme to know what is and is not safe.

Done properly and with proper lubricant, I'd put this in the low risk category. There are two excellent books you might want to read:
The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Woman (actually it's omnisexual)
The StrapOn Book (out of print but available some some online sources)

There's also a more general one called Anal Pleasure and Health

My mistress has regularly used a strapon on me since I became her slave 5 years ago, she also has others use strap ons on me. Also I have been made to have a dildo in my ass for quite long periods and as I am always dressed in female clothes if I wish to wear panties at any time they all are the rubber and lace type with thick anal dildos moulded intoo the rear. Dispite considerable anal use I have had no problems but cleanliness is vital and I am given an enema at least once a day.

Umm well rough usasage could cause fissures, rips in the anal lineing, but normal safe ass use should not hurt the anal passages or anything.

Wow..tahnks all for the info. I too never had a chance for MADAM to use her Strap On, on me, before we parted company. I hope to maybe get that chance someday, and now sure it is safe and fun, after reading all the above posts. In the mean time, I'll just have to stick with my Butt Plugs.

Still Curious after all these years, BalletBob

well to help ease your mind a bit i can personally say that i have been playing with my rear for the better part of 8 years. started out small of course. forced things a few times and yes it did cause minor damage. and today i am able to fist myself with little warm up and that is a bit of a task for the size of my hands. but im not able to do it because i've stratched myself so far i can't close up anymore. i can do it because im more in touch with those muscles and more able to control them now and they are more toned from the usage. so in all reality it actually could be considerd good for your bottom i guess. i mean i haven't messed myself in years :P

anyway the point im coming to is that if i can do that to myself as many other do to themselfs and eachother and have for god knows how many hundreds of years then i can see no reason for it to cause damage. and trust me i've been fairly rough with myself so if i can do it and still close back up and have no issues then certainly you should be able to.

btw though after a few years you'll notice you can open up and relax so much easier. it really is quite amazing the things the body is capable of.

I agree, rough use can cause damage over time, but we're talking about soft tissues so the same is true either anal or vaginal. Since neither environment is exactly 'clean' such rips bring the risk of infection. The toys should always be cleaned properly and for added protection a fresh condom used, along with a good lube (and no, I don't mean KY!). I recommend silicon based for long lasting play.

That being said, if your concern is about becoming stretched a standard dildo won't do that. There are two muscles involved in the sphincter, one can be voluntarily controled and one cannot, but both can be trained to relax quickly with practice. With enough practice they can stretch quite far ... I have seen many fisting videos where the sub takes the most enormous items in, up to and including those orange road construction pylons. Going to that extreme, yes, they often end up with the 'rosebud' effect where the bowel can slip out.

With any regular sized, or even those 'porn star genuine replica' dildo's this is not an issue. Also, Belong2U, remember that the prostate is just 2 - 3 inches inside there and it IS the man's G-Spot. Be happy that your Mistress wants to push you button, and enjoy it!

I often take a 12 inch long by 2.75 inch diameter dildo up my ass and I have never had any problems. I often have loose bowels so if this was going to be a problem I would be the first to know. Cheers!

My Mistress uses Her strap on with me sometimes twice a week, she uses a variety of diferent sizes but never to big, if the toy is to big it could cause damage to the inner tissues and the sphincter

I've been using strapons on my sub for about 10 years now with no damage
or problems.
Just start out very slow and very small with lots of lube.

Hello Belong2u,
You should not have any problems with your anal canal, being stretched to the point of loosing muscle control, due to strap-on play. Always be sure to use smooth objects for insertion though. Some people have been known to use household items and if the item has ridges or small protusions on them, it can rip/tear the anus and that would be bad, not to mention painful. (The anus is full of tiny blood vessels and nerve endings.)
A few simple things to remember for anal play...
Cleanliness is Very important! Use enema's to cleanse yourself before anal play. Always use a good deal of lube especially if you are new to anal play. Remember to go slowly and take deep breaths and "try" to relax during insertion, going slowly. If you go slowly, you will know if something isn't right. It will probably be uncomfortable (which is normal) and sometimes even a little painful at first, but once you relax a little and your body adjusts, it can be one of the most pleasurable activities you ever experience.
If you are totally new to anal play, I highly recommend starting to "train" yourself by purchasing a small anal plug and wear it for at least 5 to 10 minutes each night/day, slowly increasing the length of time you have it in and the size that you can take, over a period of weeks. You can also "train" your body to associate anal play with pleasure by wearing a plug when you masturbate, each time you masturbate. Eventually, just the insertion of the plug will cause you to have an erection. :)
Another tip for those new to anal play... Insertion is easier/less-uncomfortable if you lay on your side with one of your knees pulled up towards your chest.
Hope this helps you! (Can you tell this is a favorite with me and my Boys, lol?)
Enjoy!
:D

In reference to strapons, IME- no worries about stretching, etc.

I do, however, want to place a word of caution on any other type of insertables.

I speak from experience in regards to this issue.

Always make sure you are using silicone, rubber, latex type dildoes, plug, insertables of any sort. These are made of pliable material and will bend and turn with the lower intestine. They are made for anal play.

Any of the vibrators that are made of hard plastic, steel, glass, etc., should NOT be inserted into the rectum. If they are not shaped properly for the anal canal. If they are too long, if they ar not rounded, etc...These are ALL issues to contend with and reasons why they should NOT be inserted into the rectum. They can cause TEARING, as in RIPPING of the lower intestine. This is an extremely dangerous medical situation.

Again, I speak from experience. I have seen the effects first hand, and someone I know is still living with the scarring from this type of anal play.

Anal play can be done completely safe- when using the correct type of INSERTABLES.

Following anal sex the cock is removed only to discover the intestinal lining remaining on the shaft of the penis. This anal lining is referred to as the red sock. There are depictions of ritualistic red sock parties on fragments of Hellenistic Greek vases, and it was also popular among pagan cultures in the 8th Century AD. Outlawed in 1324 by Baron von Shisenpipe it has subsequently gone underground, often enjoyed in backstreet massage parlours.
