Rowena, an enema once a day is this healthy? I hope you are taking vitamins and suppliments to replece those you are flushing away.

I agree that cleanliness is one key element to healthy anal play, but in fact daily enemas are dangerous.
More than 2 enemas a week will seriously drop your potassium levels.
