Calendula cream works wonders for any sort of skin related issue, particularly if you want something of the "natural" variety and can't use aloe... On that note... OMG! What do you use on sunburn if you can't use aloe?! [sm=whoa.gif]

A and D ointment it is for diaper rash and burns. very soothing, don't know if it has aloe so please check. Good luck.

Just so you know you aren't alone, I'll share something with you. :) My mate is a CD and one time while nairing, he got some on his scrotum. The chemical burn ate little holes in his flesh all over and, while it was healing, his panties kept sticking to the wounds and pulling off the little scabs off. His boy undies were no better. After learning the hard way, now he wears vinyl diaper covers while nairing so that there's no chance of stray nair. The last time I used nair, it ate into the tips of all of my fingers. It does hurt but with the flesh gone, it just takes time...I wont touch that stuff again. Miss 'Bella ServeMeWell

ouchie, water won't help! use olive oil or any other vegetable oil, and PureLan or A&D rash lotion. pure lanolin is super-soothing on chemical burns. olive oil cleans every trace of the chemical off your skin, that water and soap can leave behind. hope you feel better soon! about hair removal ... try Magic Creme, the sensitive skin formula. it's in the "ethnic" section, for dark-skinned men who want smooth faces. you put it on, then scrape it off with a spatula. makes for some fun spatula play lol ~raven DOH! didn't look at the date on the thread [:)] certainly the OP is all better now?! re: not using aloe, i'm guessing because some of the bottled aloe has water and chemicals or preservatives added. pure aloe gel would be fine.

Yes thank you my ouchie is gone lol. Gee thanks for reviving the memory! I am never ever doing this again. Maybe. Maybe I will practice. Heh. I pretty much kept as much air on it as possible and I used hyrdo cortisone cream. And oatmeal baths. Plus a lot of whining.

Yikes! Nasty burn. Try Adaptic Non-stick dressings directly on the burn and cover the dressing with guaze pads. I'm not built right to tell you how to hold the dressing and pads in place, but I'd guess that panty liners might work. Benzocaine ointment will kill some of the pain. Use a water-soluable ointment. If the spot gets redder and puffy, go to a Doc, now. Infectioned chemical burns are serious! Good luck... (Ouch!)

I am hoping that you are feeling better now that a few days have gone by, but I had a similar situation - except a Dom did it on purpose and didn't tell me. I was shaved and he slathered that stuff all over my nether region including my inner labia and vaginal opening. I had to call him the next day to ask what he put on me because of the chemical burn. I was blindfolded at the time. (I don't trust as easily now) It took several weeks to get rid of it - putting creams and ended up with a string of problems such as the steroid cream I was using causing an imbalance and ended up with a yeast infection and then a UTI. Here's hoping for a quick recovery for you...I am feeling your pain...
