for me, four years... my (soon to be ex-) hubby is in jail and i was faithful to him, as i had been for the entire 18 years we had been married. i did not find my Master until a few months after i told the SOB that i wanted a divorce, so that was the entire four years he had been in jail that i went without. And to be truthful it was not the lack of sex that bothered me, it was the lack of intimacy and simple things like cuddling, a kiss on the forehead or temple, being able to caress or massage. i am a very affectionate person and not being able to express that part of me was like shriveling inside. g

I have never gone longer than 3 months without sex.When I was married I had sex maybe 5 times a year. This is defined as a sexless marriage. It was boring when it did happen. I am much happier and fulfilled now.

Two years. Casual, meaningless sex doesn't satisfy me any more than masturbation does. When it's over all that's left to do is clean up the mess and wonder what else I could've done with that time.

Surprising how one forgets - I was thinking sheesh, two weeks feels a long time these days and then Christine's note reminded me what I'd actually more or less forgotten - more or less the same story kid and the same "never realized i had gone that long". [sm=hewah.gif] So I suppose the good thing is bad things don't last forever. depends on how you define sex. if you define it as ONLY intercourse involving a penis and a vagina...the first 15 years of this slave's life was the longest she went without it...after that, maybe 6 months---two times, over the last 26 years. if participating in hand jobs, oral, anal, consensual frottage and/or masturbation with or without climaxing to an orgasm counts as "sex", then, the first 5 years of this slave's life would be the longest she went without some sort of sexually driven stimulation resulting in gratification with or without orgasm. and no, she wasn't molested by anyone, prior to turning 15.

I was celibate for 7 years.....divorced my ex, got burned once, and then just didn't find anyone worth getting nekkid for......I had offers, but they were married, and quite frankly, I don't really need sex alot. I was just at a point in my life where I was so tired of the dance that I chose to sit it out. I had my son, worked all sorts of screwy hours at my job, my priorities were more centered on my son than myself. What sucked was that the first relationship I got into after the 7 years ended up the same way my first one did after the divorce......we were planning a wedding, unfortunately, HE was planning on marrying someone else! Bastard.....so I doubt I will EVER think, speak about or consider marriage again. Besides, I like my independence.

Seven plus years of glorious celibacy! I decided to have some sex again last fall, but then tax season got in the way of any more. Meh. The best sex you can ever have is with yourself!
