i have a family history of type 2 diabeties, and have been tested, and have perfectly normal sugar levels after an overnight fast. i have been drinking sweetend tea. all my family is southern and "tea" means 3/4 cup of sugar per gallon of tea. the tea has stayed off the headaches. i tried cold turkey a few years back,,, before i understood that caffiene was an addiction and more than a bad habit. caffiene is a whole nother battle, for now i'm trying to get off the carbonated stuff. i used to have horrid migraines before i started drinking the soda like i had been, drinking the soda seemed to keep the migrains at rest. mountain dew has been refered to as "sara's nector" likening me unto being a humming bird, becuase my resting heart beat is 110 beats. i've had ekg's and i'm fine, i just have a really fast heart. Master has no dead line, He only wishes that i drink less than a liter per day in the near future. so far, i'm liking the idea of kool-aid the best. artificial sweeteners taste funny to me. Thanks to all~
