The advantage of being a barbarian is you just let your base desires drive you. Whatever is going on, its wonderful to just throw her over my shoulder and carry her off (an essential step for a barbarian ... you did see King Kong?). Then you throw her down somewhere and play. Isn't life simple.

It depends on the purpose.

If it's for fun: For percussion play, I usually start with flogging, then move to some kind of spanking...then on to heavier stuff. For piercing and cutting, there's little that can be done for warm up, really. The scene is over usually when one of us has had enough. Aftercare follows, as needed.

If it's for spiritual purposes: I go where I'm lead. There are no safewords here...the person who has come to me understands that I go where I'm led...and that I have their best interests, not my enjoyment, in mind. So, there may or may not be a build-up, there may or may not be a switch of toys (in fact, that's unlikely) and the scene ends when I'm told by my guides or gut that it's over. Aftercare follows as needed.
