Note: We are looking for a housemate only, And thought to advertise here so that we could continue to lead our lives without having to hide our kinkier side from our housemate. We are NOT looking for a live in playmate or sleazy men. At this point we are only looking for WOMEN.
We are a friendly couple who wish to rent out our spare room in a woden based apartment. We are easy going, alternative, non-smokers and gay/les friendly. We have all the basic whitegoods that you can, of course, use, including a washer, dryer, microwave, fridge, oven and cooktop. The room is decently sized with a built in wardrobe, and will fit a double/queen size bed and desk or tallboy. The garage is a lock up, with plenty of storage space and would comfortably fit a FWD. We have a indoor shorthair cat, called Loki, and are soon getting a domestic shorthair kitten who is also very friendly and placid.
We are 5 minutes walk from woden shopping center, and 10 minutes walk to woden interchange - just across the road from phillip CBD.
We have a small balcony to relax on with a drink, and we enjoy a nice dinner outside.
We are very non-judgemental, and are happy to live with people of any race, religion, sexuality whatever....so long as you are open minded and enjoy a laugh with a drink every now and then.
Rent is negotiable, with bills split three ways. Students are fine, though we are not the kind of people to party hard.
We are happy to chat or meet, to see if we are compatible. Only looking for women at this point, any age is fine.
