Off brand names and generic pot pies are very cheap. You're paying for the name with marie calander.

Asher, where are you getting pot pies for 50 or 60 cents? do they have any meat in them or what? I buy Marie Callendar's for my husband... they're almost $4 each

I lost NINE and a half pounds in TWO and a half weeks by making ONE simple change: I ate exactly as I always did, no 'dieting' but I had ZERO carbs after 6:00 pm, except the carbs found in protein. By giving up my late night snack of pretzels and trading it for slices of ham or an Atkins low-carb protein shake I kicked my metabolism into gear.

I've since learned that by making another change - having 5 meals a day, consisiting of whatever fits into your open hand, instead of 3 larger meals, my metabolism runs much more efficiently. I'm dropping the weight at a much slower rate, but it's a healthy pace and I'm hopefully making a life-long change in my eating habits (which were always atrocious. I'm one of those who loves to eat cookies for breakfast...).

These are just a few tips that worked for me, hope you find them helpful too.

Best of luck... I know what a struggle it is to lose weight :)

i was going to say the same thing...purepleasure.

the worst sunburn i ever got was in Florida. i spent my first day of a weeks vacation at the beach in Daytona. i couldn't do much of anything, but lay around naked and keep putting lotoin on the rest of the week. worst peel ever too!
