So Holly. My ex was bipolar and their sleep cycles get way messed up. It is one of the reasons they go manic in the first place. Have you tried melatonin, l-tryptophan, and fish oil (actually it is the EPA that is reported to help)? Blackout rooms also help = 0 light not even electronics are allowed. Benadryll also helps. just my 2 cents for what it is worth.

I am allergic to Benadryl (only me

).

I am not Bi-Polar but am ADHD and i am pretty sure the medication (adderall) is not helping the insomnia.

I did try Melatonin a few times, but really nothing helps when it gets this bad. I have no problem falling asleep, just staying that way. Jims snoring does not help

seriously holly not a bad idea.
baby i joke alot too much in fat of drugs, but im seriously thinking some xanax and muscle relaxers will help. The adhd meds will fuck up anybodies sleep. ive seen it. by the way thanks for the smackin' the snot outta me thing! wow all this love about choking me. (GO ahead do that too) Then maybe ID get some sleep. I take one xanax, one soma, my new fibro med which has melatonin uptake properties, and a darvacet, an still one two maybe three hours at a time. It's not helping that i have three 8 week old pom puppies crying to get up in the bed, crying to get down outta the bed etc etc all night. Ive tried locking them in the kitchen far away from me and i still here them. They are attention hounds. but the puppy breathe and the cute antics make it worth it,sometimes.

now back in line at number 23 for the "bite me holly"

dang, tammy, and here I felt bad with my Lyrica (fibro med), Percocet and Xanax, with the occasional rhovane thrown in. Rhovane is supposed to be like Ambien but I dunno - it sure fucks me up unlike Ambien. Gives me nightmares (usually of holly) and I only sleep for a little bit before I wake up feeling like shit (again, like holly!). And the taste it leaves in your mouth!!!!!!

OMG, it's enough to make you think you smelled holly's cooking, it literally makes it impossible for me to eat anything. Or drink anything.....

okay.......can i just tell You all that it's not a happy day when i'm going into work before 6:15am.... i am oh so not a happy camper....it's going to take every amount of grace and dignity that i can muster from every cell in my body to not chop peoples heads off and feed them to the rabid squirrels..... i wish someone could explain to me how utterly stupid people have to be to make dumb ass decisions on their own...i mean...these are the same people who feel the need to call me when someone.....oh...i don't know......is breathing...without freaking permission.......................
So, Wednesday before i left work i spent about...oooohhh... 2 hours doing all this arranging i come home last night aftter an all day training and realize someone has screwed up all of these plans i have done and all this work i've done...So guess what? These bitches and hoes that fucked all this up?? Yeah buddy, they's be gettin' to clean it all up!!!!
*deep breath* Now, if only i don't tell them like that.................or worse.....
anyone want to trade?

im on the new one, brand name savella, increases heart rate, lyrica fucked with me and made me gain like 50 pounds that and the steroid injections and epidurals i was receiving. I gave up on ambien and all the other sleep meds Tylenol pm works better than all of those for some reason. i aslso take mobic was celebrex for the arthritis. Yes my weight gain is compounded that the only thing that gets the meds taste outta my mouth is pepsi or mountain dew and i hate diet......bleechk! So now im doing two hours on the wii board 1 1/2 hrs aerobic and 1/2 hr strength and yoga. Then i also walk about thirty minutes a day, so im really starting to see results.

back in line for "bite me holly"

(I have to deal with RhinoRump today - go and update Mr. Smarties paperwork with her and all sorts of fun things. She wanted me to go to the petting zoo and McDonalds with her and I stopped that it in it's track. No way in hell am I going any where else with that dumbass stupid bitch. It's killing me that I have to do as much as I am with her.....)

Seababy, my mom has a Wii board and likes it. She's not, uhhhh, how to put it politely, let's call it "technically inclined" shall we? And always messing it up. However, it's a user issue for her, this is the woman after all who messes up her own satellite TV by changing the channel off of 3 and wonders why all she sees is black and white snow......

Almost as bad as holly........

o i love the wii fit really yes ive lost thirty pounds from it alone and its fun ! the boxing is one of my favorites. i hate to run and jog butthe wii fit makes it fun. if ya get one, do the long run and then follow the dog, it takes you through a cave, a beautiful waterfall and the beach so cool. it works baby! best investment for my health yet!
