The day got even better...I made it out of the Kroger store with about $20 worth of groceries not in my bag.  That's the last time I have someone else check and pack things for me.

I hope that everyone's Saturday has went better than Thorny's. 

Thorny, I would just blame it on Phil or the Other half.  That works for me.  Well. . . not that they DO anything about it, but they do accept the blame.  So it is a start at least. 

So. . . out of curiosity, WHY would I need to know a car engine size to order a frickin mirror?  The last time I checked, the mirror had NOTHING to do with the engine. 

Of course I really do not want to be pulled over again for not having it.  I think that my "dumb" look will not work again.  Hoenstly, I thought that I was legal with the rearview mirror. 

I hate ice storms that drop branches on my car.  Grrrrrrr!

They may change the mirror housing for different displacements - for instance, they change the shape or finish for the V-6 vs. the base I-4.

From time to time, they'll even link it to remote vs manual mirrors.

This weather is weird. Last week school was closed four days for snow, and half the county had no power for days. Today it hit 55. If we aren't all sick as dogs from being overdressed and under dressed it will be a miracle.

It's really weird stuff - almost 50 during the day but in the low 20s at night.  Real spring fever setting in over here!
