Real quick update during one of my cough free moments... I seem to have picked up some upper respiratory bug, it is so bad that in the last three days I have only smoked 8 cigarettes... and I am a pack a day smoker!

Thanks Aylee...yes it is really rough here [8\|] Ok, ok, ok...It is not [&o] It is a very easy and rather relaxed first meeting with Master Richard but that was the decision he and I took as I am in general stressed out at the moment and so does he with having to sort out a lot at the moment...so yes, we took it easy and take one step at a time [:)] and I actually enjoy to have a rest here right now [:)] (despite some little bits and pieces I did here during the days to help him a bit during my stay [:)]) But hey....that might change the next time we meet up when uni and placement pressures are over and then it might be helpful to remember those days, yanno [8\|]

I have a friend who would do this everytime she got sick and then start back up. She finally had to quit totally while hospitalized for pneumonia.
