Good Morning All!!!!!

How is everyone today?

Well this is the week that I have Butterhead by myself (as well as working).  I am trying to figure out some activities as the weather is a bit too cold and dreary for much outside.  If it was not, then I would have already planned the week out. 

I am taking her to a friend's house on Thursday night so that I can go to a movie premiere.

I am hoping that the weather improves soon.  *sigh*

I almost forgot to take my pills last night. I was having a nice sirloin steak that Bo cooked up.  He also cooked up some chicken so I can have something to munch on instead of sweets and chips.

I have to remember not to take Lizard grocery shopping with me...she goes for the junk food...oy...

We do a shopping list back home, this way we watch the budget.

Bo does not use lists.  I need to get him into the habit of doing so so he can control the grocery shopping.

Raining here and flooding lots of places.  A volunteer firefighter is still missing (and presumed lost) from a swift water rescue team that was working in the area.
 
In many areas of our country volunteers provide needed services to our communities.  They spend many hours in training with the latest equipment.   They take time away from their families to train and to serve with no monetary reward. 
 
We should be thankful for both volunteer and paid resuce workers as they go about their work.

I would kill for a cup of hot chocolate...and a warm bed.

Creek is running so the bikers and skateboarders can't do any stunts.  I can see the creek from the computer desk.
