i'm looking for veggies that are not leafy or gasy. So far the root veggies seem to work best -carrots, beets, white potatoes, and sweet potatoes that can be cooked soft. i'm not supposed to eat beans or corn. Does there exist a green veggie that is not a bean, stringy, or leafy? Peas are out because of their skin.

Okra is really fibrous though, isn't that the issue? Stick with roots and starches, all those leaves are gasmonsters or solid roughage!

Fiber is such a tricky thing, too, grinding the food up doesn't affect it at all! That is why ice cream is the perfect food! [:D] (as long as you are not lactose intolerant, of course!)

Asparagus is WOODY! ~giggity! Kale is great but it's a super veiny leaf and you have to boil the hell out of it. Wheatgrass juice? It's JUICE, right?
