Good Morning, Holly! Good Morning, Shahar! Someone said we needed rain in West Virginia and this weekend several folks washed their cars. So it is raining. A steady rain punctuated with loud claps of thunder from time to time. My outside walking will be with the umbrella. At least the exercise equipment is indoors - i'm going to try 20 minuts again. Master Rich wants me to check in with the apartment manager when i am exercising...just in case i have problems. So what's going to happen? Maybe i'll skin my knees falling off the recumbent bicycle? i hope the weather is everything you want/need where you are. Rain interferes with outside activities; but flowers, veggies, and crops need rain to grow. Here is a rosebud to brighten your day. Evening all! I am still in Hickville or HillBilly Land, otherwise known as Poplar Bluff, MO. I am not joking, this place is just barely over the border from Arkansas and located in the Ozarks. They have not even got center stripes on their streets. However, the chicken fried steak was very tasty! [:)]

It is actually the only kind of steak that I like. Unfortunatly I do not have one of those needler-y things to make my own. So it remains something that I only eat at restauants.

Aylee, I got a secret for you... remember the cube steak in the meat department. When it is $2 or less per pound, grab it. Another way is pound the meat with a glass all over both sides. If you got a meat tenderizer, that is even better. I tenderizer my meats both ways. There is a restaurent called Kissing Kousins. They will tenderize the minute they get the order and I can cut it with a plastic knife.
