Good morning everyone! Well, here it is- the day before June - and ground is clear of snow - again. Our Soccer festival was cancelled over the weekend due to he 4" of snow on the gronol

PeanutTigerinBox -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (5/31/2010 9:10:35 AM)

here is 5pm....and I am having a lovely argument with Mr. A who thinks that I am in desperate need of punishment...well...I am not holding him back to turn up, yanno [8|]

LadyHibiscus -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (5/31/2010 10:00:52 AM)

Who wants to come over and do stuff? Because I don' wanna!

pahunkboy -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (5/31/2010 10:27:01 AM)

I want snow. It is too hot.

DesFIP -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (5/31/2010 11:36:59 AM)

I never want to do stuff. Stuff like cleaning out drawers and throwing away things we don't use anymore.

I want a nap, instead I get to do laundry.

I know that feeling...somehow I keep washing my laundry but at my current stresslevel with uni it remains in the kitchen, ending up on the floor until some weeks later I doubt it is really clean enough to put it in the wardrobe now...so it goes back into the washing machine...[8|] and then onto the floor again [&o] I so can't wait to have uni over and to get my flat back into shape [>:]

Hmm. . . well, I already had people over to do "stuff."  There was food, board games, a trip to the pool, and a craft.

Ya know, it is a holiday.  Iffn you do not want to do "stuff" then you do not have to.  Tell them to "stuff" it.  [:)]

DesFIP -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (5/31/2010 7:37:36 PM)

Oh, I wish. At some point there were six teenaged boys in this house. Now that's a horrible experience if I've ever had one. Cook, do dishes, repeat ad nauseum.

Des. . .

Consider a bribe. . .

If the six boys will do the dishes and the prep. . . you will make them cookies!  [:)]

Teenage boys are usually very helpful if you ask the right way.  And they might actually enjoy it.  (at least that has been my experience.)

sunshinemiss -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (6/1/2010 6:39:43 AM)

awwwwwwwwwwwww... Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet!

I was just coming in to post that it's about that time!!!

I had a great time at the gym today and a lot of really positive feedback (see the un-fat thread). Tomorrow is election day = YAY, no work! Thursday = YAY, no work! And then Friday... ohhh... yeah... a full day. So I'm going to spend the next couple of days hanging at the coffee shop grading a pile of papers / presentations that are about a foot high sitting over there on my desk. *sigh* But hey, I love love love my job! (I can't believe somebody pays me to do this!)

Have a great day all you whack jobs!

g'night.

*hugs fluffykins*

In other news: hate hypocrisy.  I hate being accused of hypocrisy by a hypocrite.

But yanno what? In the big picture, it doesnt matter,, because I have truth on my side, and the hypocrites rants are just dust,, ( even legal folks have advised me so)

(btw, I have no idea why teh word 'news' is being highlighted as a link..  it is NOT my doing...)

ETA: never mind.. it seems the hilight was ONLY on my screen.. so please disregard the last line, above

fluffypet61 -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (6/1/2010 7:05:19 AM)

GT, i don't think you are a hypocrite.  You deserve that best life has to offer.
