Hey Shahar, I have season 1, 2, and the first three episodes of season 3 of True Blood on my computer. All you have to do is access my home network. Simple thing for a Goddess to do. Hey Holly!!!!!! You need to watch True Blood, there is a girl in the show with more bad luck than you, she gets hurt bunches of times... and has a guy trying to kill her, and some critter with the head of a bull, claws that would make a dinosaur green with envy and the body of a man get after her... and she is dating a vampire, and trying to teach a newbie vampire girl how to be a proper mainstream vampire.... Yes my niece got me hooked on the show and now I am going to beat the girl with a thorn bush.

I got a couple of sucker limbs on my rose bush...I can send them to you to use as a form of punishment... ETA: I will check Overstock later. I don't want to get into a copyright suit. A Minotaur? I don't remember such a creature in the books...

Some of us have read all them paper things with letters and stuff in them. The books are waaaaaay ahead of the series right now. I still demand full front nudity of the guys! No more of this "brotherhood of the sock" stuff!

I've read all the books. Tried tuning in on one of the shows but Sookie doesn't look like I imagine her. And everything is very different than the books. So I may be the only one left in America who reads the books but doesn't watch the show. I also love Harris' Aurora Teagarten murder mysteries. Anyone else?

Yeah, Shar....the writers and producers of the show are really playing fast and loose with the characters and story lines. I've (re-)read the Sookie Stackhouse novels several times, and I love the books.....but I've decided to watch True Blood as if I haven't read the books. And Jeff, pleeeease, no details.....some of us haven't seen Seasons 2 yet.......[>:]

Celeste, I have all of Harris' Sookie books, haven't started yet on any of her other two series.....I'm already up to my elbows in Sookie, and the House of Night series....another vampyre series that is an excellent read. They are written by a mom and daughter team, PC and Kirstin Cast. That one's up to like 8 books, I burned thru the last one in a day and am waiting for the next installment. Same with Sookie......can't wait for the next one!

Hi folks, I am back from the vet. the vet assumes that mommy cat has a urin infection...so she gave her antibiotics and water underneath her skin as she was dehydrated...I hope she feels better soon and starts to look after her boys as I would prefer her to do her job...my last night was just a nightmare (as written in I admit thread). But hey, I am alive...so what I am whining about, thats at least something [:)]

I am allllll alone!!! And just passing through to say HOOOOOWWWWDYYYYYYY!! I kind of avoided the computer all weekend, just checked in on the crackberry now and again. I love that thing! Hope all are doing well and not getting blown over by storms! We had a humdinger last night but no serious damage.

Less than fun moments as a parent: Trying to explain to a 3 year-old that while they may in fact WANT to play at 3 am, they are not going to. Yes, I understand you want to. Holly might be tied up to a chair while LO is playing cowboys and indians. Me...I might have to go to Ikea to find a platom bed since she gave her bunkbed away to her BF. There is not difference between a 3yo and a 15yo.
