Damn it...neighbors' dogs are bothering the cats again.  Meanie (long hair orange) in the deck railing, don't know where Mommie Kitty and the brave one is somewhere.

I just wish these dogs quit messing with the cats...I was to stop feed the cats, but I have a soft heart...I was willing to get a puppy to help Mom when Georgie passes on...but she said no more dogs.

I have the same problem with spicy who always has to deal with fights here....I so hope that will get better when we move [&o]

YDD got the CM and thanks...

The grandkids are sleeping here while brother M and SIL D is staying at the hospital for H.  Her WBC was 30,000  I just wish it does not mean she gets on the transplant list.

ShaharThorne -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 5:26:48 AM)

No word (Mom got the phone) on H's condition.  She is getting a sonogram of her kidneys today.  Her urinal doctor in Dallas has been alerted.  S/he has been following the case because H was born with her intestines and stomach hanging out (she has the cutest belly button!).

SorceressJ -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 5:34:32 AM)

Shahar, how old is this child I am lighting a candle for, please..?
*sigh* Good morning, campers..
Ok, I've said one good morning and started off by praying for someone. That's enough, Imma go back to bed now..
Love and Peace, y'all..

ShaharThorne -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 5:36:38 AM)

Shahar, H is in my prayers

fluffypet61 -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 6:07:07 AM)

Good Morning, everyone!

It looks like a nice day here - 64 F, a light breeze, and a sunny sky.   It's only supposed to get into the 70's by afternoon.

Today's excitement for me is a bone scan and an echocardiagram.  We are beginning the process of checking for what the chemo might have missed.

sending {{{hugs and prayers}}} that their findings will find nothing.

I am glad now that my tutor found an alternative day to meet to redo my dissertation.
At first he said 21st september or 01st of October...and I prefer to meet before october but can't do the 21st due to damn mandatory training at work (if I cancel that training I won't get any work until I attended that training, so its unfortunately as important as my dissertation even when in theory dissertation is more important).

However, got another day from him now in september which I am glad about. A shift I cancelled for tomorrow afternoon I have now back again in another workplace [8|] am not the best person in resting [8|]

But it is work with a jolly great colleague so it will be fun [:)] and as I have now to cancel my work for the day when I am going to meet my tutor I better get that way the hours back....

Either way, tonight I sort out my articles for the dissertation and then I get started.

On another level it seems now I missplaced my 3rd bus card [>:]

Over here we have a plastic card to put money on to then scan it in the bus, in which way the amount will be deducted again from, for each journey....now I have 3 filled cards lying around, but have no idea where [8|] I have an idea that I left the last one in my shopping bag some days ago....now I only need to find that damn shopping bag [&:] I really don't fancy to use my last 10 pound today to buy a freaking 4th card for the bus [>:]

sophiesback -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 7:40:50 AM)

Mornin!

Monster 3 is still home from school, suspended, today. We're headed in town to have lunch, a movie, and hit the mall. Whooohooooo Girls Day!

soul2share -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 7:51:41 AM)

Have a suggestion for you, Phoenix.....assuming that your bus card is the standard credit card sized card......punch a hole in one corner that the strip isn't on, and attach it to your key ring.  It'll be a little awkward, but at least you'll not lose the card, as you always know where your keys are.  I had a little plastic wallet carrier for mine that was in my fanny pack, and only came out on the bus, and went right back into it before I even sat down.  It was probably the ONLY thing I had that I never lost......but only because I kept it where I did.  I'd lose my head if it wasn't screwed on tight!

ShaharThorne -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 7:52:20 AM)

The doctor is looking at possible cysts on her kidneys.

HELP!!!  M is running around nekkid...

Sounds actually like a good plan...somehow...at first when I read to punch a hole in I assumed your suggestion would be different...but that one is good [:)] Now its time for a 20min tv nap and then I have a look what stuff is hidden underneath my sofa...if i am lucky...my card will be there [8|]

PeanutTigerinBox -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 10:47:37 AM)

Thank goodness I was right and that damn card was there...so no need to waste money into another card (as every card costs 3 pound itself and I already gave up to return them as they are pretty good in talking themselves out of taking it back [>:])

ShaharThorne -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 12:06:37 PM)

H is going home today.  It was not a serious UTI so she is getting the serious antibiotics instead of being locked up in a hospital bed.  At least she is off the transplant list for now.

We kept J and M last night...M is a serious handful.  J was okay.  I went to bed kinda early. so Mom can get some sleep herself.  She don't enough sleep due to M kicking around and stuff.

Great...I got to clean up the living room from all the toys that are laying about.  I know I did broke a firetruck by stepping on it.

PeanutTigerinBox -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 12:09:55 PM)

better the fire truck than your foot, glad to hear she is better...

ShaharThorne -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 12:29:32 PM)

Come on...how about I step on a cadet's foot...especially if we are in a crowded pub?

Opposes...thinking evil thoughts [:D]

okay...They are keeping H for at least the next 2 days, making sure she does not have a side effect to the super antibiotics.

I am going to bed right now...I think I did jump a nap or two...

P.S.   I got the kids to clean up the floor of all toys since they are the ones who dump them all over the place...

fluffy, are you manifesting symptoms or is this just a regular thing that they do?
Shahar is reminding me why I'm glad my kids are grown (except for the relatively quiet and nerdy 10-yr-old stepThing, D. Last child at home, *WOOT*)..

ShaharThorne -> RE: The Holly and Potty Show (9/14/2010 6:13:26 PM)

I have to deal with a teenager, so I am not blessed...I need to find out who her doctor is so I can get some BC for her heavy bleeding like I was.

Night y'all...

<snip>

i've been having a lot of pain in my left shoulder that might be nothing, but they are checking anyway.  i have other aches and pains so it may just be age or side effects of something.

The echo is done every 3 months because i'm getting Herceptin, which is cardiotoxic.  They check the ejection fraction to be sure it is over 65%.
