Morning everyone. We are going to a school presentation this morning then run down to Longview for shopping at Sams. Holly, I might be skinny this time next year. The doctor is ordering a gastric bypass on me. If he does a tummy tuck as well, I get me a sexy swimming suit. Either that or get spankings. Wait...that is reserved for a certain switch...

Hey there. LO giving you trouble? We decided to run to Sams this Morning since Mom was hurting bad yesterday. I was feeling weak myself (damned heat wave). Mine regular doctor decided that I need a gastric bypass. (well duh!) The meds are causing me to gain weight but they are working fine for my problems. I know that I have to be straighter on my food intake (no more gizzards). I have to drink whey isolate when I can get it. Sleepy again...catch a quick nap before taking off.

The teen drinks muscle milk after working out. I have to warn you that it's very high in calories. But available in the supermarket.

thought wicks were those candle like things? it's late at night, drs not open. i'll hang in there unless it decides to give me an ear infection. right now i'm just avoiding yawning, lol i looked up on the webz and one suggestion was a baked onion half draped on one's ear. i don't think i'd make it through the night without feeling i should be doing a lamb roast as well [:D]

I get swimmers ear every year so i can sympathize. It is AGONY. This eases it for me...drip warm vinegar into your ear until the canal is filled. Use a vinegar soaked cotton ball to keep it in (soaking the cotton ball before insertion will prevent it from absorbing the vinegar. I have to warn you that this will burn for the first few minutes...
