ch : knots. Learn bowline (non-tightening loop); double half-hitch, half-hitch and Lark's Head hitch. These knots are simple and easily un-tie (maybe add a Hackamore tie to your repertoire which is used to hold a mare to a stable & unites with a simple one-hand pull). These knots are all very simple, safe and can be tightened in a controlled manner. "Boyscouts" site shows animated version of knots progresssing step-by-step (ironic and funny isn't it..boys will be boys!)." Ok, no, just no. The bowline is not a good rope bondage knot, at all. Some people use a french bowline as a single limb cuff, and if they know how to do it, thats just fine, never tie any limb with a single rope around it(yes, thats right I called it a rope, because im not on a F***ing boat). Also, any knot that unties with a single tug in rope bondage is probably not a good idea, any style of knot like that, the tail needs to be wrapped and tucked so it doesn't come undone by accident. Never use a rough drilled hole as a tie point on a piece of furniture, pulling your rope through will not only damage the rope, but pick up splinters that will eventually get shoved into someones skin. I wouldnt give "advice" to anyone just learning about using the neck as an attachment point. Basicly agree with TheHungryTiger.
