A thread on how to train someone when they move in with you got hijacked into a discussion of whether you put in the toilet paper with the end hanging from underneath or over the top. There seemed to be a preponderance of guys wanting it over and gals under, but five isn't enough to decide from. Hence, this poll! Under, always.

I prefer organic, so I used to just keep a basket of fresh sycamore leaves. Friends pretty much stopped coming by, so I switched to paper. Over the top makes it easier for their drunk asses to find the end of the roll.

my hubby has a conniption if its under, I couldnt give a rats ass one way or the other, like windchymes, Im just happy there is some there, now if it is a question of why cant they put on a new damn roll oooooooh ok Im liable to get pissy. I thought I had them all trained but in the past six months they have been backsliding.... grr Lucy

I'm an over person, but the toilet paper spindle somehow rolled under the vanity, and I haven't been able to fish it out yet, so I'm an on the back of the toilet person for now. And GT is right - over seems to deter cats from having tp frenzies:)
