Madam
 
I am instructed by my client to offer a spiritual and physical healing process for your bruises on terms to be agreed between the parties.
 
My client is of the opinion that tender little kisses and licks, were they to be applied to suitable parts of your person, would produce a significant level of spiritual healing to your damaged soul (damage for which I should affirm we admit no liability). Given that the soul damage appears to be of a serious nature, my client has empowered me to suggest two possible courses, namely either a single, but more vigourous, application of the kissing and licking process or, as a secondary option, a repeated application of the tender kissing and licking process.
 
I should be grateful if you would respond to me confirming (i) that you wish a healing process to be attempted and, if that is the case, (ii) which of the offered processes you prefer.
 
I have recommended to my client that I attend any healing process in order to ensure full and adequate procedures but for reasons which currently escape me my client has resisted my advice. This offer of my personal attention does, however, remain in place and if you should feel my personal services would be of value to you please do not hesitate to communciate with me.
