I wouldn't get so upset about the lack of responses, Alberta. In my experience here, I've never gotten much reply in th chatrooms other than "On ur nees, slave" or "Are you owned?". The "Introduce yourself" forum tends to be pretty empty-go on over there and look how many other posts go unanswered. Your post there was pretty straight-forward, so there wouldn't really be any reason I could see to reply.

If you're really interested in getting responses on the forum, I suggest that you choose some random, unpopular stance and stick with it despite arguement to the contrary. Champion unsafe sex practices, unconsentual activities, or super-unsafe fantasy BDSM. Preach about the "One True Way", male superiority, or how Jesus will be sending the lot of us to hell (what a party that would be!) People who rock the boat tend to get the most responses.

I think this is just another sign of how the entire BDSM scene has changed in the last...umm...4 years.  Back when I first joined CollarMe, I hadn't been a member for more than 15 minutes when my doorbell rings and an entire harem of lovely slave girls was standing at my door with a fruit basket!  They first did a dance for me and then one rubbed my feet, one massaged my head, and one did...well...let's just leave her activities to your imagination.

I was trying to think of a delicate way of putting this, but those that know and lvoe me understand how that can not be. So  bluntly  put..put on your big girl nickkers  and get over it. Its the net, not some social gathering where there is a greeter at the door. YOU have to walk the walk and talk the talk to be taken seriously here and that takes TIME....oh by the way welcome!
