it is a little known medical fact that the lower the belly buldge sinks, the higher the belly button goes. Think of a pully setup and you pretty much have the jist of it.
There have been documented cases, though rare, there the bellybutton has gone so high it resembles a third nostril. These poor poeple are often thought of as snobs (ie having their nose in the air). The issue with their imagined snobbery is that as the belly continues to drop their belly button continues to rise...taking the nose with it. It ain't pretty...

Status: offline 		well...if you become to fat...you could simply put your finger in your belly button for a minute or so and it will blow up the stomache(due to lack of air)...thus losing the fat.  thus no need for any surgeries....or diet!

Some of these replies are priceless.

To the OP ... No it doesn't move. You just get this fat pooch thing that hangs down below it. The hole gets deeper and deeper though and sometimes things live inside it.
