It's kind of funny, couple days ago I did, and when I explained signature lines are not personal attacks and do not direct at any one person but show up under EVERYTHING you posted, they were still convinced it was a personal attack lol.

Not in here, but I did have someone jump on me for my signature in a different forum.  My signature just made reference to the fact that I am pagan.  He made a big stink about it being a hobby group and I shouldn't be in there pushing my religious views there.  It wouldn't have been so funny except that every one of his posts had a bible verse tacked onto the end of it.

Ironically, that seems to be the case a lot, someone taking it apon themselves to scold someone else about their religious beliefes when the scolders beliefs are on display too.

with every sig line i've had, i've gotten people that want me to remove it.  i get about one message a week on the other side from someone that is offended by my current one.  some people just don't appreciate my brand of humor...shrugs, maybe it would help if i held a gun to their heads?

Signatures are much of a muchness, I’ve never really considered them as anything other than potential advertisement space for products of society.

Not since I changed it from.

Some people are just hypersensitive, or so egocentric that they believe everything must be related to them personally.

Have a great day,

Yes, if they have a guilty conscience people tend to think you are talking about them.  It happens more than not.
Problem is..usually when they come to me I've never even seen them post at all.

Nothing you can do to convince the clueless..don't let it worry you.

It isn't the first time... I once forgot to mention them as part of the UK, you should have heard the grumbles and crashing of thrown items.  At least the fruit was fresh.

Ohhhhhhhh come on. Your sig line is a dig at people who send these kind of messages. Why deny it?
Nothing wrong with it, but be honest about why it's there.

Personal attack? To those it describes quite possibly.

Nobody has really complained about my sig lines either.

Actually, since there's a limit to how many characters you can put in a sig here, the fact that I've reached it has saved me from adding a fourth line, "Come near me and I'll kill you" (taken from a bumper sticker my boss gave me back in the early '80s). I'm sure that line might have been worthy of complaints.

I've had a few really special people here try to use my sig line as a personal attack against me...

Each one of them though they were being oh-so unique and clever, too.

Never mind the fact that I'm making fun with it already, myself...
