I know some of you have been following this, I'm almost excited. It's almost here

In April, 2008, Damien filed a Motion For in Circuit Court, based on many of the previously asserted claims (i.e. DNA and new forensic evidence).

On April 15, all interested parties participated in a brief scheduling hearing in Judge Burnett's courtroom. It was decided that full hearings would begin on September 8. Judge Burnett also issued a "gag rule," telling attorneys on both sides that any contact with the media was forbidden.

I still can't believe these guys are in jail on that flimsy evidence. After closely following both the Rolando Cruz/Alejandro hernandez prosecution as well as that of the McMartin preschool, I'm awaiting these men's release as it seems utterly certain that not only didn't they kill anyone that they were convicted because of the completely fraudulent satanic ritual abuse scare.

Too, Country Walk. This is insanity.

I wonder if anyone will truly pay for these. I do not mean in a financial way. Snowden did not get anything, I don't think. I mean in a vindictive mean spirited lets take away 15 years of your life kind of way.
