Where are all the 30-year-olds? That's so funny! I was thinking of posting "Where are all the 40-year-olds?"! But I'm talking about submissives, and you're talking about Dominants. Maybe the Dominants tend to be somewhat older and the submissives tend to be somewhat younger. But it seems to me that I don't see all that many 40-year-olds (or older) on the submissive side of the fence.

Darlin', not only am I 29--which should be close enough to 30 to satisfy--but I live next door to you. And I'm quite active on these boards and the personals section, usually. The past month I've had other things going on, and I'm now in a relationship, but I definitely met the standard for what you were searching for a while ago. Maybe you just searched on a bad day? Patience, persistence and a bit of luck are called for. Drop me a line sometime, I'm always open to new friends in the area. Peace

Actually this does bring up one good point. You do not have a picture on Your profile, and I have been searching mainly those profiles with pictures. I never really thought about expanding the parameters of pictures before. It seems silly in retrospect, and that is one way that I can expand the criteria. In no way meaning to imply anything, I’ll add this: I was a bit concerned about the sincerity of people who do not post pictures. It seems that this may not be the case at CM? I found an odd thing myself: At the club, when a girl asked my age and I said "29", she sort of cocked her head and nodded - as if to say, that's still okay. When I answered "30" she looked away as if I was curdled milk. Where are they? Hiding.

I do know that at least three of my thirty-something friends who are kinky (two of them dominant males) who moved to Florida said that it was nearly impossible for them to find work that paid enough for a working-class man to afford an apartment and eat regularly. So that issue may be affecting things for some of the doms down there. Most of the other dominants I know where I live are in at least one relationship already. And while love is infinite, time isn't. (sigh)

33 now, been on the site since 30, so I fit the bill. But yes, I do notice that I'm in the minority as far as age goes around here. Lots of 18 to 25, lots of 45 and up, not as many in between. It's certainly not making me a hot commodity or anything. I don't think many girls are looking for a guy my age, so it's probably not a big problem that there aren't many of us around. :)
