Now this young woman said Severe Bleeding, someone question was it this or that? She knows what sereve means and I can guess she knows what she seen, huge penis, does not mean heavy bleeding if it is done right! With that said sweetie you NEED to run the the ER, do not be shame they seen everything under the sun, he torn something inside of you! Does he know what is happening right now with you? An infection can cause you to have an operation and you will be down for sometime!!!!!!! Please go right after you read the first answer to your question!!!!!!!! Let us know how you are ok

there is no mistaking an anal fissure: the very act of coughing will send a searing pain into your rectum. My guess is that you didnt tear your intestine. A perforated/torn intestine will dump a massive amount of bacteria into your peritoneum, sepsis will quickly develop and you would be dead in a matter of hours. If you continue to bleed, 24 hours after having anal intercourse, the best means is to get to a doctor. a little bit of bleeding, spotting is not a problem, but severe bleeding hours and hours after intercourse is rather serious. The venous plexus in the anal canal can easily shear and cause severe bleeding, if this is the case (as you mention severe bleeding), it will require surgery to repair. I wouldn't trust a medical PA to diagnose a surgical condition. How can one tell if it is a surgical condition--get to the Doctor !!
