i'm not exactly sure where to ask this, but i guess this is as good a place as any.
my thing is this, when i was very much younger i was... malested and even though my Dom has been extremely generous and very understanding of the way i feel, i cannot touch Him, even just talking about it (like now heh) bothers me. We were even just talking through txt a few days ago and i had to tell Him, my heart was racing, and my hands were getting all clammy.
Anyways what i would like is any advice anyone could possibly give me to help me out, atleast just a little bit. Although i know He would be as patient as He could be and would wait as long as it takes... i can't help but feel like i'm letting Him down somehow as well.

i second greedy's advice.

i've *been* there. molested, raped, abused. decades later and i *still* have things that set me off...no matter how i try not to. and that's after years of counselling. not nearly as bad as it was, though.

counselling. medication for anxiety if you need it. having an understanding dominant is the best though.

A little pyschotherapy never hurt anyone, it can really help

Ditto to the above. Been there done that, so my empathy feelers are out for you.

I couldnt stop gagging even when I brushed my teeth until I got counseling and admitted this ... I turned down a proposal cause I couldnt/wouldnt have that thing...sex.
