Hi All,

I have been a member since August and suddenly I can't sign onto my mail. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to contact help at the website itself?

Thanks

At the bottom of each page over there is a support link. Click, write and send.

The support link only takes me to the terms of service.

Just checking on some basics here but make sure you're logged in under your nic and not as a guest. It tells you on the upper right of the page. I got stuck for a few minutes figuring that out after I cleaned out my Internet Explorer cookies....

Failing that, I've found the best way to contact support here is to go to the home page (when you first log in), click 'Help' from the list at the top left, scroll to the bottom of the Help page and click 'Support" there....

Focus.

It was exactly the time that I cleaned out my cookies that I lost the ability to sign onto the mail sight. I can still log in on the message boards and post (as you can see), but I lost my mail.

I went to the home page as you suggested. It won't let me log in. Doesn't seem to recognize my nic or password. Even though I went there right from these message boards where I AM logged in. On my home page, there is no "Help" option....at least on mine!

How else might I contact one of the web people? My "support" tab takes me to the "terms of service" as well as the "terms of service" tab. I guess I screwed this up royally!

HELP!

The support people read each and every post on these message boards. Give it time...imagine yourself having to read every post. They will know you're having an issue.

Although just a laymans idea here but it sounds to me like perhaps you didn't recall your correct password? So the site is not identifying you?
Don't know I may be wrong it would'nt be the first time.

Thanks for the reply. Glad to know that support people will eventually pick this up. I am getting my nicname and password correct or I wouldn't be able to sign on here. In addition, I hit the "Forget Your Password" option and collarmebot sent me the same sign in and password I have been using.

Still looking for help to sign into the mail. I really need someone from technical assistance to contact me by email or even reply to this message. All my information is still the same. I can log into the message boards but still no mail. Trying to keep this up-front for the tech people to see when they peruse this site.....hopefully.

Have you tried signing in via the main profile site only?
