The Best book I can recommend on the subject in general which also isn't a kink book full of idea on all the various specifics about different kinds of ass play (the author leaves you to your own vivid imaginations), yet contains a great deal of information on all the basics and has long been considered a stand-by in the lifestyle on the subject is: Anal Pleasure and Health, A Guide for Men & Women by Jack Morin Ph.D.; ISBN 0-940208-20-2, copyright 1998.  I know there's a newer edition that's been released which probably has a different ISBN.  I highly recommend this book.

Excuse me but I've never referred to someone I thought of as a "bad person" as a "skank", nor would I.  To me, the woman's character seems irrelevant to the story you shared.  The term also doesn't even fit the definition of a bad person.  
 
The TOS of CM expects us to treat everyone here with respect.  Looking up the word skank at Ubandictionary, the first definition that came up was as follows:
 
"Derogatory term for a (usually younger) female, implying trashiness or tackiness, lower-class status, poor hygiene, flakiness, and a scrawny, pockmarked sort of ugliness. May also imply promiscuity, but not necessarily. Can apply to any race, but most commonly used to describe white trash."  I wouldn't exactly call skank a respectful or complimentary term.  As you say, women are people, perhaps you might try treating them as such?   - pixel  Lady Pact's bleaux under consideration by each other

Very sorry but I'm not with pixel on this one. I feel that Moderator 11 does a wonderful job in policing these boards and deciding what is and isn't in the TOS. We don't need any CM Thought Police thank you very much.

Oh and incidentally, does this need to be respectful to dommes extend to Lockit? I seem to recall a thread a while back.. not to mention subsequent journal entries.

Perhaps someone would care to elaborate and clarify his position for the rest of us here?
