MOST adults can spell the name of the location they live. Sure, there are plenty of town names I would struggle to spell correctly if I didn't look them up. But the day I cannot spell the name of my home, I am an idiot.

Oh, as for the topic. Sounds like a scammer. Delete and forget.

A similar thing happened to Me on another site a few months ago. I got a message simply saying "love to play" but they kept avoiding questions about limits, didn't want to meet to "check Me out" to make sure I was sane (ish), normal (ish) or for Me to do the same with them, and it turned out the woman who wanted to play was married and that she would have been driven to My home while her husband waited outside in the car.

After a handful of messages back and forth she gave up and lost interest. I think it was a lucky escape, I'm in a wheelchair and make no attempt to hide it in My profile/s, I could have been robbed, assaulted, acused of assault or something ike that.

Hell's bells!  A lucky escape indeed.  It's just as well you have wits and kept them about you at the crucial time, HalloweenWhite.

Well, maybe we should isolate commonalities here.  Off the top of my head, the following things stick out:

1) New member
2) Profile shows basic mistakes in English (not to mention geography!)
3) Asks for sudden meeting
4) Doesn't seem to care about interests, limits, etc
5) Doesn't seem concerned with security
6) Is impersonal - won't give information and doesn't ask for any

Well, no-one seems to have reported being "stung" by anyone like this so far.  I'm too new here to be able to say that confidently, though.

First meeting on neutral ground, usually a busy coffee shop, then get to know them and focus on them, it's human nature to talk about yourself, but leave out details that can identify you until you feel safe. Always have a safecall with a friend who has full details of where you are and the number of your car etc. Don't drink alchohol and do not leave a drink unattended with anyone you don't know. If you have to go to the little room, pick up a fresh drink on the way back to the table.
Never agree to go anywhere on a first meeting, take your time.
If they are a fruitcake, just make your goodbyes and leave, don't put yourself at risk just to be polite.
All this having been said, by all means go with your insticts.
Good luck!
